Examples include <strong>medical waste<\/strong> produced by hospitals and healthcare centers, waste from the <strong>disposal of reagents<\/strong> in fine chemicals and the pharmaceutical industry, and waste generated by the <strong>paint and solvent industries<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Transporting waste under ADR requires careful <strong>planning<\/strong> to avoid severe penalties under the Road Code and to ensure the <strong>safety of people<\/strong>, infrastructure, and the environment. Workers must select appropriate approved packaging and correctly label the package. They must also prepare the <strong>correct accompanying documentation<\/strong> (Waste Identification Form and\/or Transport Document) and <strong>properly signal the road vehicle<\/strong>.
